"My Favorite part about working at 4C Health is being able to make a difference in the clients lives I see and working with a great group of people who are always there when needed."

- School Based Skills TraineR

"My favorite part of working at 4C Health is the people. Mental health treatment, especially on the ACU, is a team effort. I learn so much from staff, and clients, that helps me do my job better. There is so much fulfillment when we can share in a client’s success."

- Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

“I think each of us plays a unique role on this team, part of my role is bringing the perspective of a person in long term recovery. I think the most beautiful thing we do as a team is providing services to people who might not get help otherwise.“

- Peer Recovery

"As the Pulaski County Criminal Justice Liaison I have been able to work closely with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, mobile crisis calls within the community and at local hospitals, or currently incarcerated providing them immediate access to care reducing barriers that often are felt in the process of obtaining services. I have been able to provide on the spot services and intake options that otherwise have not been available to them increasing desire to enter into treatment. Through the ability to meet the client in their present circumstances I have personally witnessed individuals that have previously been resistant to entering treatment immediately bring down their walls and enter treatment."
